PM: 13:00 Trekking (5km) to the Park Centre , Get deep inside the forest to come closer with the wild nature. On the way visit the “Cave of Early Man”, admire the primary forest with “1000 year Old Tree”, Back to the bus at 16:30 Pm. Return to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at 19:00 Pm. Ends tour.

Day 1: Hanoi – Cuc Phuong National Park (L & D)
Pick-up at your hotel at 7.00, then transfer 90 km on a good road by mini-van to Ninh Binh. Arrival Cuc Phuong National Park after about 2,5 hrs. Visit the Rescue Center where we will see and learn about many different endangered species. After that, we head up with a long trek (18km) through the rain forests, with the picnic lunch served on the way. After 5 hours hiking, learning about fauna and flora, with sightseeing en route, we arrive at a village of Muong minority people. Check-in stilt house and relax. Dinner then free to talk with the host and learn about the Muong people’s life. Overnight at the stilt house.

Day 2: Cuc Phuong – Tam Coc – Hoa Lu – Ha Noi (B&L)
Breakfast served at the village then say goodbye with the villagers before our short trek of 4 km to the road where we will get picked up and transferred to Tam Coc. Lunch served at a restaurant nearby and relax. After lunch, take on a small boat for a row riding in a couple of hours along a small river and the rice paddies through the three caves of Tam Coc. Bus pick-up and transfer to visit Hoa lu Temple on the way back to Hanoi, tour ends at your hotel in Hanoi at 19:00 Pm.

Vietnam Visa in Bangkok while staying in hotel..?

So hotels usually keep your passport when you check-in. If you’re staying at a hotel, and you need to get a visa, to lets say, Vietnam, how is this done? Would the hotel staff get this done for you? If not, can we get the passport back from the hotel to get it done at the embassy?
In Vietnam, whenever you check in, they keep your passport until you check-out. It’s like that throughout the country, at least, from the 10+ hotels I’ve stayed at.

Do they not do that in Thailand? If not, then I have nothing to worry about.
Oh shit. Haha. I thought hotels in Vietnam do this. I studied abroad and they kept all the students and professors passport until we left. Weird. Same with all the other hotels we stayed at.

don’t know where you get the idea that the hotel is going to hold your passport. you don’t let anyone hold your passport. The only reason a hotel will look at your passport is to insure your on a legal visa, I believe it’s the law in Thailand. You can do what you want with your passport.

With light traffic, you can get to SM MOA in under 15 minutes. If there is moderate traffic, between 20-30 mins, 30 min- 1 hr, if the traffic is really heavy. SM MOA is just two rides away from DLSU – one jeep ride to from DLSU to Buendia (under 5 mins, usually), and another from Buendia to MOA so it won’t really take long.

Edit:

Oh, this is assuming that the jeepney from Buendia to MOA leaves immediately. The drivers fill their jeepneys first before leaving, so take that into account.

1) Vietnam- it is naturally beautiful and there is just tons to do: going to the beautiful beaches, siteseeing the tourist destinations, bargaining for shopping, shopping at plazas, drinking beer for cheap, cheap food, nice people, etc… very cheap there.. you can find food that is really expensive and food that is really cheap… for example, cheap pho is 15,000 dong which is less than $1. there is expensive pho (at PHO 24) that is 26,000 dong (which is $1.70 or so…)..

2) S. Korea- this place is really nice; it is very developed and business like but also there are tons of shopping and tourist sites. if you have time, you should go to jeju island.. there is beautiful scenery and tons of korean dramas are filmed there. A little expensive.. especially food.

3) Singapore- this place is super clean, but much to do. you can just go around the city and tons to do.

4) Japan- I have never been there, but is is like the New York City in Asia. So much to do. So many people. expensive here… i saw on the travel channel that a capsule hotel is $50… but it has so much to offer.

5) China- it is such a big country, but it is nice there.. i heard. I haven’t been there.
